The spooky season has begun!

It’s October and in Second Life that means jack-o’-lanterns, scarecrows, levitating ghosts and Halloween hunts. It also means that the season for haunted houses! SL is full of so many creative, expansive and downright scary sims for our enjoyment.
FOCUS Magazine has done the research, and we’ve listed a few of our favorites creepy places to visit in the coming pages. Some are rides and others you’re just meant to wander. So if you see a place you’d like to visit, click here to open the Second Life destinations search page. Enter the name of the event, click search and teleport away! Additionally, watch out for haunted hunts. A few of these places have hunts for items and a HUD to wear and collect them all. Also, pay attention to the shared environment. It will add to the experience. Whether you’re taking photos or just exploring for fun, have a spooktacular time!
